Defending a 17 year old boy accused of arson where the allegation was petrol bombing a Police car.

R v. Nicholas Hudson (2006) Doncaster Magistrates Court
Representing a 17 year old boy accused of sexually assaulting three boys aged 9 – 14 that were left in his care regularly when he was aged 15 – 16. The District Judge in her reasons accepted my submission that these allegations were “made up” and malicious.
