Practice:

Crime: Soheil is regularly instructed on behalf of the defence on matters listed before both the Magistrates’ and Crown Court. Soheil is currently instructed to defend in numerous cases pending trial in the Crown Court including allegations of sexual assault, robbery, possession with intent to supply class A and conspiracy to defraud.

Civil Law: Predominantly personal injury especially matters resulting from road traffic accidents. Soheil also undertakes matters relating to breach of contract and credit hire.
Soheil also receives instructions to draft pleadings and advices in personal injury cases.

Immigration Law: Soheil regularly attends the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal on appeals pertaining to settlement, entry clearance, student appeals and work permits. He is experienced in the drafting of pleadings in immigration cases.

R v Happy Singh and others (St Albans Crown Court)
Defended one of three defendants charged with s.18 wounding with intent in Luton Town Centre.

R v David Sereaton (Luton Crown Court)
Successfully appeared in lengthy Newton hearing on the issue of commercial supply of class A drugs.

R v Gary Breach (Manchester Crown Court)
Allegation of importation of 15kg of Cannabis from Jamaica.
